Testimonials

It is important to learn how to receive help and allow yourself to be vulnerable. Stefan Dragan has given me an energy boost to go where I wanted to go with the projects I wanted to complete. It was important to do things right, to my benefit. By implementing what I have discussed with him during our first coaching session, I succeeded: I crossed the barrier. It took about 5-6 days from the session to the clear results.

I have chosen to receive coaching from Stefan Dragan because I wanted to change something, to create new neuronal connections. I am a psychotherapist by profession and I know that these neuronal ways are actually patterns which have occurred as far back as our childhood. As we grow, those patterns remain the same, and nothing new comes along. What Stefan does is to offer a new perspective, and create new neuronal ways. The connection between the emotional area and the mental area has helped me a lot to surpass barriers, my own limits, and keep my head held high, to the light, understanding that there is more to come.

With Stefan Dragan, as a coach, I appreciate the way he thinks, how he does things, his accomplishments. I have seen him as a trustworthy model.

  1. How would you recommend me to someone?

I would say that you pose good questions, whose answers can change the angle from which the situation is seen. Then the light from which it is seen is changed, giving it another perspective.

  1. Why did you choose to work with me?

I chose to work with you because I like your Coaching style. It is clean, organized and because I am more rational than emotional, I resonate with your style. We’ve come to work together after a coaching session.

  1. What did you like most?

Mostly I liked the insights I had, of course. I like that you were non-directive and you have not rushed me.

  1. What do you think I could improve? What did you expect or wanted to be different?

At the meetings I’ve been doing so far, I would not change anything. And Improved!? It’s hard to say, I really like doing Coaching. And if you continue to practice, perhaps more than at present, you will certainly advance quickly.

  1. How would you recommend me to someone?

That you are a very good Coach who gets involved and gives his interest to the client.

  1. In the end, what impression or message would you like to share with me? How do you leave from this experience?

In conclusion, thank you for Coaching. I think you could help a lot more people and even develop a business in the field.

You have passion, seriousness and potential, which is what you need. Good luck!

What draws on Stephen Drăgan’s coaching style is the discreet presence, the most overwhelming questions in the mind, a non-intrusive curiosity, a gentle tempo and in tune with the client, and a organized procedural but very easy type of work.

After each session, we gained consciousness and valuable answers to old troubles. I have overcome obstacles and have found pertinent and comfortable actions in the direction of what I want to achieve.

I also recommend him for patience and level of training. He is a model coach that other coaches could learn from. Stefan is dedicated to the good of others.

For all the benefits received, thank you!

I like the way you write. It’s short and to the point. I like articles that provide useful information in few words.

I read your article about robots and I realized that more people, including myself, have a challenge in saying “No!” The reasons are, I think, different (the role we identify with, ignorance of our priorities, fear of abandonment, etc.).

In the last period of my life, I have become accustomed to saying “No,” but more instinctual. Now, by reading your article, I can find a logical explanation when I’m in the position to deny something.

Thank you!

Ciprian
